Leeds City Council has been undertaking a city-wide improvement and renovation program across its sports and leisure facilities. The council wanted a brand identity that would increase the appeal and accessibility of the leisure centres and make them instantly recognisable as public facilities.
What we did
We devised an eye-catching, flexible identity in a range of rainbow colours which reflects a sense of energy and movement involved in sport.
A little extra
Brand guidelines were also created to facilitate implementation of the identity across signage, from exterior signage through to toilet facilities, sports clothing and literature. So a city-wide synergy was created enabling the council to communicate with the public in a clear, consistent way.
